Please note: The part-time scope is 50%. You can use our office in Berlin or work completely remotely within Germany. The position is also suitable for working students with initial professional experience.

As IT Support (f/m/d) at RaiseNow, you are the first point of contact for our team members for all IT topics and problems. You ensure that our systems are secure, up to date, and well maintained.
On top of that, you want to do good with your job.
Your mission
As IT Support (f/d/m) your mission is…
  • Daily Support: You provide first- and second-level support to all employees for hardware, software and system issues. You will manage IT support tickets conscientiously and communicate clearly, comprehensively, and quickly.
  • Asset Management: You track, manage and maintain IT assets across RaiseNow. You also install, configure and maintain laptops and other IT equipment. 
  • Tool Management: You support company-wide rollouts of tools, updates and system changes. You own our Google Workspace and support SaaS tools and productivity software (e.g. Slack, Asana, Zoom)
  • Ownership: You maintain our IT documentation (e.g. FAQs, setup guides, asset inventory), manage on- and offboarding processes (user accounts, access rights, hardware setup) and ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
  • Communication: You see proactive, clear communication as an important part of your work. Whether with colleagues who need your help or external service providers. You rely on various communication channels, such as tickets, chat, or IT training.
Your profile
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar field
  • Experience with both macOS and MDM solutions like Kandji
  • Experience in working in a UNIX world and with Google Workspace
  • Experience with LDAP, SCIM, SSO
  • Experience working with Asset Management and SaaS Management Platform including integration with third party tools
  • Knowledge of current hardware and software
  • C1 level English skills, both spoken and written
