Head of Product (f/m/d)

Your mission

PLEASE NOTE: This position can be occupied in Berlin, Zurich, Munich or completely remote in Germany or Switzerland
Part-time scope: 80-100%

As Head of Product (f/m/d) you will be in charge of transforming our ambitious vision into impactful products:

  • Lead your team of product managers, UX / UI designers and researchers to ensure the products’ constant growth and scalability, tailoring to our customer's needs while aligning with company goals and priorities
  • Refine and shape our product vision together with the CEO
  • Oversee and improve the entire product development process together with the CTO. You support the restructuring of the current Product and Technology team to cross-functional tribes. 
  • Own and track business performance KPIs across the product lifecycle and prepare business cases for new product initiatives together with the product managers
  • Prioritise product roadmaps in collaboration with your team
  • Foster collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Data & Insights and improve cross-team processes
Your profile
  • Experience in product management in the tech, payment, SaaS or fundraising sector
  • Hands-on experience in all stages of the product life cycle
  • Equipped with an innovative mindset and passion for industry trends
  • No problem rolling your sleeves up to keep up with the fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience with the ability to make balanced decisions

Nice to have: 

  • Big plus: experience in the fundraising / charity sector
  • Preferably experience with OKRs and the Spotify model
